またR.E.M.のネタなんですが、
Automatic for The Peopleに収められているこの曲、ビデオがあるってことはシングルカットがされたのか？この曲のサビの英語が難解。

難解と言ったって、サビはこの”Call me when you try to wake her up ~”の部分で文法的とか内容が難しいというわけでなく、どう聞いてもこのように言ってるように聞こえないのだ。20年以上洋楽(最近この単語使う人も少ない)聞いた耳でも何回聞いても聞き取れない。なんか初期の頃R.E.M.の詩は何言ってるのか全然聞き取れないと言っていたのがちょっとわかるような気がするな。。。
ちなみにビデオで54秒目のところからが該当のサビの部分です。
